Mercedes confirmed they will show off their 2025 F1 car to the world on February 24, just days after the team is scheduled to show off their new livery as part of a season launch event at London's The O2.
The team challenger for the year to come will be the Mercedes-AMG F1 W16 E performance as what promises to be a changed driver lineup next season dawns, with debutant Kimi Antonelli arriving as the replacement for a certain Lewis Hamilton's outgoing tenure has now ended; that replacement arriving in the way of incumbent George Russell.
Details of the venue for the launch of the car have not yet been announced, but the event will come just a week after Mercedes join the other nine teams on the grid for the F1 75 launch event in London.
The livery which will grace the W16 in 2025 will be unveiled during this special event at The O2, with Toto Wolff has recently confirmed that the team will continue to sport black on their car, a color scheme that Hamilton was influential in introducing in 2020.
