Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6: Variant-Wise Battery Details Confirmed

Mahindra unveiled some characteristics, including the battery of the XEV 9e and different versions of Mahindra’s BE 6. The core versions of both models will be offered with the 59 kWh and 79 kWh batteries in three trims with an early order from February 14.

Mahindra’s Latest EVs: Battery Options and Variants

With the XEV PE 9e and BE 6, Mahindra’s electric attack unfolds with two batteries and three choices. While some cities have conducted trials of the models, Mahindra has said that they can be ordered from February 14, 2025.

Battery Pack Options and Variants

Both the XEV 9e and the BE 6 will feature:

  • Battery Options:

  • 59kWh for the standard range.

  • 79kWh for extended range.

  • Variants:

  • Pack One: Optional for the 59kWh battery.

  • Pack Two: In this configuration, it is available with the 59kWh battery although pricing has not been announced.

  • Pack Three: The models are available with 59kWh battery pack as well as a 79kWh battery pack.

Bookings and Availability

Mahindra has already announced that the first reservation will be available starting February 14, 2025, and the vehicle itself could begin to be shipped shortly after. Two of the models are introduced in the XEV brand which includes XEV 9e/BE 6, which emphasizes the versatility of electric-propelled vehicles for urban dwellers and long-distance tourists.

Driving Experience

Preliminary test rides have been made for both models to prove driving dynamics and battery potency. Reviews are now live on Mahindra’s website and YouTube channel, offering insights into the:

  • The outcomes of the 59kWh and 79kWh battery packs.

  • Interior design and the sensorial technology it contains.

  • Like, a global range and charging efficiency that is consistent with Mahindra’s sustainability initiatives.

Upcoming Mahindra EVs

There are two of these XEV 9e and a BE 6 model. Mahindra’s future lineup includes:

  • XUV 3XO EV: A completely new EV intended for urban buyers and apart from it, the car is rather diminutive.

  • BE 6 Rall-E: A global on-road model that retains the ‘feel’ of an SUV: an off-road EV.

  • XEV 7e: An electric SUV of the next generation targeted for luxury together with the dynamism of the following product.
