Following months of teasers, spy shots, and leaks, Kia India is ready to unveil this model, which is expected to sit above the Kia Sonet in the brand’s SUV lineup. The pricing details for the Syros is likely to be announced in early 2025.

Exterior Design: A Bold and Modern Statement

The 2024 Kia Syros is designed, sporting a bold exterior with modern elements. Key highlights include:

  • LED light bar spanning the width of the front and rear.

  • Vertically positioned LED headlamps and taillights, giving the SUV a futuristic look.

  • Flush-fitting door handles, which add a sleek and premium touch.

  • 17-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and faux skid plates, enhancing the sporty look.

Luxurious Interiors: Packed with Premium Features

The Syros takes comfort and technology to the next level with a host of premium interior features, including:

  • Panoramic sunroof that exudes luxury and openness.

  • Reclinable chairs in the second row with ventilation are uncommon in this market.

  • Passengers will find the wireless charging pad convenient.

  • The infotainment system and instrument cluster include two 12.3-inch screens.

Engine Options: Petrol and Diesel Powertrains

The Kia Syros offers versatile engine options aimed to meet the requirements for both diesel and petrol enthusiasts :

  • 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine delivering 118bhp and 172Nm, available with a six-speed manual or seven-speed DCT gearbox.

  • 114 horsepower and 250 Nm are produced by a 1.5-liter diesel engine with a six-speed manual or torque converter automatic gearbox. The front wheels are powered by both engines, which offer a well-balanced mix of efficiency and performance.
