Kia India has launched its Ownership Service Camp 2026 with discounted aftersales packages for existing customers
The initiative includes a complimentary 36-point vehicle health checkup across hundreds of workshops nationwide
Kia India has introduced its Ownership Service Camp 2026, a nationwide aftersales initiative designed to reward existing customers with attractive service benefits. The carmaker has long positioned itself as a brand that prioritises customer experience, and this latest rollout continues that approach by focusing on ownership satisfaction rather than new vehicle sales alone.
The camp is being held over a defined window, running from July 3, 2026 to July 12, 2026. During this period, the initiative will be accessible across a wide network of 521 authorised workshops spread over 365 cities, making it one of the more extensive service campaigns the brand has run in the country.
What Benefits Are On Offer During The Camp
Customers visiting during this period stand to gain from a fairly generous set of discounts. Kia is offering a 20 percent reduction on car care services, along with 10 percent off extended warranty packs. There is also a 10 percent discount available on retail roadside assistance plans, another 10 percent off parts and labour charges, and a further 10 percent reduction on genuine accessories.
Taken together, these offers are meant to lower the overall cost of upkeep for owners who service their vehicles through authorised channels.
Alongside the discounts, Kia is also throwing in a complimentary 36-point vehicle health checkup for participating customers. This inspection is fairly thorough in scope, covering the exterior, interior, engine compartment and underbody of the car. The idea behind this checkup is straightforward. By catching small issues early, owners can avoid bigger repair bills down the line while also extending the working life of their vehicle.
What Kia India Has Said About The Initiative
Commenting on the launch, Bhimsen Gulabani, Vice President of Customer Experience at Kia India, said the service camp reflects the brand's commitment to a seamless and differentiated ownership experience. He added that the nationwide initiative is meant to help customers keep their vehicles in good condition while also strengthening long-term relationships through transparent and accessible aftersales support. According to him, the effort ties into Kia's broader goal of reinforcing its standing as one of India's more trusted mobility brands.
Kia's Upcoming Model Pipeline In India
Beyond aftersales, Kia's product lineup in India continues to expand. The Seltos remains a strong performer for the brand, having secured its place as the third best selling model in the competitive mid-size SUV segment.
Looking ahead, the Syros EV is next in line for launch, followed by the larger Sorento three-row SUV, which will serve as Kia's flagship petrol powered offering in the country.
There is also a next-generation Sonet in the works, with testing already underway. Kia has additionally confirmed plans to develop a hybrid and a fully electric model for the Indian market, a move expected to widen its appeal considerably in the coming years.
