Automobile manufacturers are ready with their latest car models to launch in India this December. The lineup includes mid-range models from KIA and Jeep to high-end luxurious offerings from Lamborghini and Lexus.
2023 Kia Sonet Facelift
KIA Motors is expected to launch its 2023 Sonet Facelift on December 14, 2023. Sonet is already a popular lineup by KIA in the sub-4-meter SUV category. It will carry forward the transmission and engine from the ongoing generation, which includes 1.2-liter petrol, 1.0-liter turbo-petrol, and 1.5-liter diesel engines. The transmission system will include the same 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed automatic, and 7-speed dual-clutch automatic options.
Jeep Compass Petrol
There are strong speculations that Jeep compass is working on a new 1.3-litre turbo-petrol engine for the Indian market. The engine is already in use in Renegade but it needs a lot of fine tuning for the Indin conditions. Jeep is said to be working on porting the engine to Indian roads. Jeep hasn't confirmed the dates yet but we can expect it to be soon.

Lexus LM MPV
Lexus has started pre-bookings for Luxury LM MPV in August this year. The 2024 Lexus LM is based on Toyota's GA-K platform and features a redesigned exterior with a large, upright grille, sleek LED headlamps, and a wraparound LED light bar that extends across the rear fascia. The LM is available in 4 and 7 seater configurations. We still don't have confirmed launch dates but it can happen anytime soon.

Lamborghini Revuelto
Lamborghini is ready to take all the glamour with the launch of the Reveulto hybrid supercar in India on December 6, 2023, with an expected price tag of 8.9 crore (ex-showroom). Reveulto has an all-new 6.5 liter naturally-aspirated V12, which produces 825 BHP @ 9,250 rpm and 725 Nm @ 6,750 rpm. The hybrid offerings come with three electric motors with two in the front and one at the rear. The car produces a combined power output of 1001 BHP. The hybrid powertrain is paired with a new 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
