Starting Cost is ₹7.90 lakh (ex-showroom)
Dual curved 12.3" + 12.3" display, H-themed dashboard, and more appealing features
With starting prices of ₹7.90 lakh (ex-showroom), Hyundai Motor India (HMI) has formally introduced the new Hyundai Venue in India. The model is made domestically and will serve both domestic and international consumers.
In addition to the base model, the sportier Venue N Line is included in the launch wave; however, its ultimate cost is anticipated to be higher.
Dimensions, Design, and Upgrades
Compared to the previous generation, the new Venue's design is significantly different; it is higher and wider, making it more noticeable on the road. Bold character lines, bridge-style roof rails, a dark-chrome grille, and quad-beam LED headlamps are some of the exterior details.
The interior of the cabin has been upgraded to a more upscale vibe. A dual curved 12.3" + 12.3" display, an H-themed dashboard, ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, and high-quality material finishes are among its features.
Regarding technology and safety, it has six airbags, all-disc brakes, electronic stability control, tire pressure monitoring, and Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) with roughly driver-assist functions.
Features, Power Systems, and Engines
The new Venue's engine lineup is the same; however, it has new variations under the hood:
1.2-liter MPi gasoline (83 horsepower)
1.0-liter GDI turbocharged gasoline (120 PS)
1.5-liter diesel CRDi (116 PS)
There are three types of transmissions: automatic diesel, DCT (7-speed) with turbocharged gasoline, and manual. The 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine used in the N Line model is paired with sporty styling characteristics and higher-spec amenities.
Pricing Snapshot & Variant Range
From entry-level to fully loaded, the standard new Venue is available in a number of trim levels (HX2, HX4, HX5, HX6, HX6T, HX7, HX8, and HX10).

The entry fee for HX2 is ₹7,89,900.
According to research, the sport-oriented Venue N Line variants cost between ₹11 and ₹12 lakh (ex-showroom), depending on the transmission and model.
The Implications for Purchasers
With powerful features and better build/space, Hyundai's new Venue is a more upscale option for purchasers in the small SUV market. It is competitive because the starting price is less than ₹8 lakh.
With the launch of the N Line variation, consumers in the same market niche, which is growing in popularity in India, now have access to a sportier flavor.
From the perspective of a buyer:
If you're looking for good value with robust features and affordable prices, think about getting the base model.
If you want a sporty appearance, higher-spec equipment, and don't mind paying more, choose the N Line.
Pay attention to engine and transmission options as well as wait times for popular trim levels.
