Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched the new-generation Hilux in India at a starting price of ₹31.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated lifestyle pickup receives a redesigned exterior, a more modern interior and several feature upgrades while continuing with its familiar diesel powertrain.
Bookings are now open, with customer deliveries scheduled to begin in the second week of August.

Exterior Receives a Fresh Look
The new Hilux adopts Toyota's latest pickup design with a revised front fascia, updated LED lighting and a larger grille. A redesigned bumper, new alloy wheels and refreshed styling at the rear give the pickup a more modern appearance while retaining its rugged stance.
Cabin Gets More Technology
Toyota has updated the interior with a redesigned dashboard and improved materials. Depending on the variant, the Hilux is equipped with:
12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with an eight-speaker audio setup.
Redesigned dashboard with revised controls for the infotainment and climate functions.
Wireless smartphone connectivity, dual-zone automatic climate control, wireless charging and powered front seats.
Engine and Off-Road Hardware Remain Familiar
While the 2.8-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine continues to produce 201bhp and 500Nm, Toyota has introduced several updates to improve the driving experience.
The pickup now comes with Electric Power Steering, a revised suspension setup and Multi-Terrain Select as standard across the range. Practicality has also been enhanced with deck steps on both sides of the cargo bed, while the Hilux continues to offer a payload capacity of up to 500kg.

Bookings are now open across authorised dealerships, with deliveries set to begin in the second week of August. The latest updates bring improved comfort and usability while retaining the Hilux's well-known off-road capability.
