Citroen India Launches The Creta Rival Citroen C3 At Just 1285 Lakh

Citroen India launches the Creta-Rival Citroen C3 at just 12.85 Lakh

A significant update has been made to the Citroen C3 Aircross, another C-SUV. By eliminating an automatic gearbox from the SUV's launch, Citroen made a mistake. By introducing the Citroen C3 Aircross automatic at a starting price of Rs 15.18 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), it has finally made updates for its error. This SUV comes in two different versions: the Max and the Plus. It can have five or seven seats.

It now costs less than other automatic compact SUVs in the segment by more than Rs 50,000, making it the most economical option. Let's take a look at the costs of the C3 Aircross automatic before we go into more detail:

Variant | Manual | Automatic |-Plus 5-seater-|-Rs 11.55 lakh-|-Rs 12.85 lakh |-Max 5-seater-|-Rs 12.20 lakh-|-Rs 12.85 lakh |-Max 7-seater-|-Rs 12.55 lakh-|-Rs 13.85 lakh

Exterior: The C3 Aircross automatic has no additional exterior features. But what we know is a selection of four roof colours, up to 90 colour combinations, and four colour packs are some of the new external features.

Interior: About features, it has a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, remote engine start, remote AC preconditioning, a seven-inch TFT cluster, a USB charger, third-row AC vents, and one-touch auto down for all four power windows.

But in contrast to the competition, it lacks convenience features like a sunroof, wireless charging, and ventilated seats. The fact that the C3 Aircross can be purchased even with seven seats is its lone benefit.

Specifications: The same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that powers the manual version is still located under the hood. The automatic version boasts 109 horsepower and 205 Nm of torque, mated to a six-speed torque converter, while the manual version generates 109 horsepower and 190 Nm of torque. Additionally, Citroen is developing the eC3 Aircross, which should go on sale by the end of 2024.

Safety Updates: Citroen has added dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and a rear parking camera to the C3 Aircross for added safety. Also read about Citeron cars.
