Pictures circulating on media platforms, in China reveal that Volkswagen has provided a sneak peek of a concept car set to make its debut at the 2024 Beijing Motor Show. The concept showcases a design direction characterized by a contemporary look that sets it apart from Volkswagen's current lineup of vehicles. This unnamed concept serves as a glimpse into the design language for Volkswagen vehicles.
From the visuals, it is evident that the concept takes the form of an SUV coupe featuring an end positioned with distinct wheel arches, a sharply sloped windshield, angular windows a sloping roofline, and a sculpted rear with prominent curves over the rear wheels. Although specific details and measurements about the concept are not disclosed yet sources linked to Volkswagen's design team in Wolfsburg, Germany have hinted at their focus on creating modern electric vehicles for the Chinese market. This new design direction aims to offer something from models like ID.4, ID.5, and ID.6 available in China.
