Beijing Motor Show To Showcase The Volkswagens Suv Coupe

Beijing Motor Show to showcase the Volkswagen’s SUV Coupe

Pictures circulating on media platforms, in China reveal that Volkswagen has provided a sneak peek of a concept car set to make its debut at the 2024 Beijing Motor Show. The concept showcases a design direction characterized by a contemporary look that sets it apart from Volkswagen's current lineup of vehicles. This unnamed concept serves as a glimpse into the design language for Volkswagen vehicles.

From the visuals, it is evident that the concept takes the form of an SUV coupe featuring an end positioned with distinct wheel arches, a sharply sloped windshield, angular windows a sloping roofline, and a sculpted rear with prominent curves over the rear wheels. Although specific details and measurements about the concept are not disclosed yet sources linked to Volkswagen's design team in Wolfsburg, Germany have hinted at their focus on creating modern electric vehicles for the Chinese market. This new design direction aims to offer something from models like ID.4, ID.5, and ID.6 available in China.

Accompanying the concept image is the phrase "designing an era " indicating that this innovative design approach is intended to influence not one model but potentially several models, across Volkswagen's range of vehicles.

Volkswagen's latest unveiling, in 2024 showcases a sneak peek of what lies for the brand. Previously in February Volkswagen gave a glimpse of an SUV model tailored for the market created in partnership with Xpeng Motors. The teaser hinted at a unique design approach, for this model. These previews of concepts highlight Volkswagen's dedication to adapting and enhancing its design style to align with the evolving industry, especially in the realm of electric vehicles.
