2025 Tata Tiago: Interior Enhancements and Feature Upgrades

Tata Motors has unveiled the 2025 Tiago, featuring substantial interior enhancements aimed at elevating the driving experience. Key additions include a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, an updated instrument cluster, and a range of convenience features, positioning the Tiago as a leader in its segment.

The 2025 Tiago now boasts a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, starting from the XZ variant. This screen, shared with other Tata models, is the largest in its class, offering improved visibility and user interaction. It supports wireless phone mirroring, allowing seamless integration with smartphones for navigation, media, and calls.

Revamped Instrument Cluster and Steering Wheel

Tata has updated the instrument cluster with new graphics, providing clearer and more informative displays to the driver.

Additionally, the Tiago features Tata's signature two-spoke steering wheel, now illuminated with the Tata logo, enhancing the cabin's modern aesthetic.

Enhanced Convenience Features

The 2025 Tiago introduces several convenience features to improve the user experience:

  • USB-C Charging Ports: Facilitates faster charging for modern devices.

  • Cooled Glovebox: Keeps beverages and perishables cool during travel.

  • Wireless Phone Mirroring: Enables drivers to connect their smartphones without cables, enhancing convenience.

  • Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS): Provides real-time tyre pressure information, contributing to safety and efficiency.

  • Remote Boot Lid Opening: Allows for easy access to the boot via remote control.

These additions position the Tiago as the most feature-loaded car in its class.

Powertrain Options and Specifications

The 2025 Tiago retains its existing powertrain options:

  • 1.2-Litre Petrol Engine: Delivers 84bhp and 113Nm of torque, available with a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT).

  • CNG Variant: Produces 72bhp and 95Nm of torque, which are also offered with both transmission choices.

This continuity ensures reliability and performance consistency for consumers.

Pricing Structure

The updated Tiago comes with a competitive pricing structure:

  • Standard Petrol Variants: Prices range from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs. 7.29 lakh (ex-showroom).

  • CNG Variants: Priced between Rs. 6 lakh and Rs. 8.74 lakh (ex-showroom).

This pricing strategy aims to offer value across different consumer preferences.

Exterior Design and Color Options

While the primary focus is on interior enhancements, the 2025 Tiago also introduces subtle exterior updates:

  • New Color Schemes: Tata has added fresh color options to the Tiago lineup, though specific details are yet to be disclosed.

  • Dual-Tone Alloy Wheels: Enhance the vehicle's aesthetic appeal.

  • LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) and Headlamps: Improve visibility and add a modern touch to the car's front fascia.

  • Rear Wiper: Adds convenience during adverse weather conditions.

These updates contribute to a refreshed and contemporary exterior look.

Safety Enhancements

Safety remains a priority in the 2025 Tiago, with features such as:

  • Electronic Stability Program (ESP): Enhances vehicle stability by detecting and reducing loss of traction.

  • Hill Hold Assist: Prevents the car from rolling backward on inclines, facilitating easier starts.

  • Cruise Control: Allows for maintaining a constant speed without continuous accelerator input, reducing driver fatigue on long journeys.

These features aim to provide a safer driving experience for occupants.

Tiago EV-Specific Updates

The electric variant, Tiago EV, also receives notable updates:

  • Redesigned Front Grille: Offers a distinctive appearance compared to its petrol counterpart.

  • 14-inch Aerodynamically Designed Alloy Wheels: Improve efficiency and add to the vehicle's modern look.

  • EV-Specific Badges: Highlight its electric identity.

  • Interior Features: Includes a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel, a six-way adjustable driver’s seat, and cruise control in top-spec variants.

These enhancements aim to make the Tiago EV a more attractive option for electric vehicle consumers.

Market Positioning and Competitiveness

With these updates, Tata Motors positions the 2025 Tiago as a strong contender in the hatchback segment. The combination of advanced features, safety enhancements, and competitive pricing is designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers, from traditional petrol users to those considering a shift to electric mobility.

In conclusion, The 2025 Tata Tiago's interior and feature upgrades reflect Tata Motors' commitment to providing value-driven vehicles equipped with modern technology and safety features.
