Debuts Renault’s New Brand Identity in India
The facelifted Triber will be the first Renault vehicle in India to have the company’s new minimalist 2D “interlocked Diamond logo”, symbolizing Clarity, Connection, and Continuity.
This change is part of Renault’s global push for a digital-first, modern, and tech-centric brand image.
The new logo, in use globally since 2021, will now make its Indian debut with the 2025 Triber and will extend to future models as well.
Exterior Updates: Fresh Design Language
Renault suggests a major redesign for the Triber facelift. The following can be expected based on the teaser and spy shots:
A new, more aggressive front grille with blacked-out treatment
LED DRLs integrated into the headlights
Redesigned front and rear bumpers with dual-tone finish
All-new LED tail lamps with a smoked effect
Triber lettering on the tailgate
New wheel cover and alloy wheel designs
A new red exterior color option, a first for the Triber
Interior Update: Enhancements and Expected Features
While not all interior details are confirmed by Renault, the updated 7-seater Triber is expected to receive:
Revised upholstery and interior trim
A larger touchscreen infotainment system
Automatic climate control
Auto headlights
Rain-sensing wipers
Potential new connectivity and safety features
Engine and Powertrain - Mostly Unchanged
The 2025 Triber will likely retain the current 1.0L 3-cylinder NA petrol engine producing 71 bhp and 96 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox. There is speculation around the introduction of the 1.0L Turbo petrol engine option, though this has not been confirmed.
Conclusion
With the 2025 Triber, Renault India aims to introduce numerous new features in its facelift, aligning with its global branding shift. This latest launch is set to bring a sharper design, modernized features, and a new identity, positioning Triber to remain competitive in the 7-seater MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) space.
