2025 Kia Seltos Launched at Rs. 11.13 Lakhs with advanced features.

With significant equipment changes, Kia India has upgraded its Seltos to the MY25 model.

One of the most popular small SUVs available in India right now is the Seltos, Kia's first car in the Indian market. Kia India has introduced eight new Seltos models with improved features and a revised equipment list while the next-generation Seltos is being tested.

Price Hike in the MY2025 Kia Seltos

The base price of the new and revised 2025 Kia Seltos starts at Rs 11.13 lakh (Ex-sh), while some of its main competitors keep it at Rs 10 lakh. This is for the base HTE (O) trim; the top-spec X-Line trim costs up to Rs 20.5 lakh (Ex-sh). With the 2025 Seltos, Kia promises a dependable and hassle-free ownership experience along with upgraded amenities and equipment.

This update has added several features to the base HTE (O) trim. Among HTE (O)'s most notable features are an 8-inch infotainment screen that can be connected to a smartphone, a six-speaker music system, controls positioned on the steering wheel, a connected tail lamp that resembles HTK's, LED DRLs, and automated headlights.

More Features

Additionally, HTE (O) provides height-adjustable front seatbelts, a height-adjustable driver's seat, shark-fin antennas, Type-C charging ports, rear window blinds, rear AC vents, and illuminated power window switches. As a result, Seltos HTE (O) is among the most feature-rich base models in the small SUV market.

HTK (O) has a panoramic sunroof, 16-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, a rear washer and wiper with rear defogger, cruise control, a mood lamp with calming tones, and a smart key with motion sensor. It starts at Rs 12.99 lakh (Ex-sh) with 2025 Seltos. Customers can get excellent value for their money with these value-added features on a lower tier variant like HTK (O), which starts at Rs 12.99 lakh (Ex-showroom).

Statement from Kia India

"Kia started its journey in India with the Seltos, which has played a key role in establishing the brand," stated Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, Senior Vice President and National Head of sales and Marketing, in response to the new introduction. Because of the value it provides to clients, the Seltos still accounts for the largest portion of our total sales.

Conclusion

With the 2025 upgrade, Kia has made the Seltos even more competitive in India's small SUV market. The introduction of eight new variants with enhanced features, improved technology, and added safety elements ensures that it continues to appeal to a wide range of buyers. Despite the price hike, Kia has packed the Seltos with significant upgrades, making it a strong contender against its rivals.
