I’ve been driving the 2025 Maruti Wagon R CNG VXi for over 900 km now, and it’s become my go-to family car for daily commutes in Ahilyanagar and occasional highway trips. The standout feature is its exceptional fuel efficiency—real-world mileage hits 30-34 km/kg on highways and 24-26 km/kg in city traffic, keeping running costs under ₹2 per km even with AC on. Performance and Handling: The 1.0L K10C CNG engine delivers 57 PS with smooth 5-speed manual shifts, adequate pep for city overtakes despite some power dip on inclines. It handles potholes well thanks to the tall-boy design, and the light steering makes parking effortless in tight Indian streets. Space and Comfort: Ample headroom and legroom fit my family of four comfortably, even with the CNG tank barely eating into boot space (still 341 liters usable). Features like rear AC vents, touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto, and power windows add modern convenience without fuss Safety and Maintenance: Dual airbags, ABS, and rear sensors provide basic but reliable safety, with widespread Maruti service keeping costs low—minimal maintenance so far. Low ownership expenses and resale value make it a smart buy for budget-conscious folks like me. Overall, the Wagon R CNG 2025 nails practicality, economy, and reliability for middle-class India—highly recommended for first-time buyers or families!
