Citroën’s Basalt X, listed from about Rs 8.55 lakh to Rs 14.11 lakh (ex-showroom), is the better-equipped coupe-SUV take on the Basalt.
A 1.2-litre naturally aspirated and turbo petrol engine is offered, with a revised dashboard, new upholstery, exterior tweaks and a voice assistant.
Bharat NCAP-related coverage cites a four-star BCAP score and six airbags as standard. It is a family crossover with a sloping roof, aimed at people who found the first Basalt a bit sparse inside.
