Toyota has raised the cost of its models from 5,000 to 60,000 rupees. Popular models, including the Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Innova Hycross, Glanza, and Camry, are all affected by the price increase, which may result from growing input prices. The Urban Cruiser Hyryder has the highest price increase, up to Rs 60,000, while the Glanza has the lowest increase, at Rs 5,000. The price increase affects only the hybrid versions of the Innova Hycross. The price increase does not apply to the Fortuner, Hilux, Vellfire, or the recently reintroduced Innova Crysta.
The cost of Toyota's Hyryder models has gone up by anything between Rs 2,000 to Rs 60,000. The S hybrid variant suffers the most, with a maximum price rise, while the other two hybrid variants only see a Rs 25,000 price increase. The mild-hybrid models also experience price increases, with the E trim seeing the largest increase of Rs 25,000, the S trim seeing increases of Rs 20,000, and the G and V trims seeing increases of Rs 2,000 at most.
Toyota has increased the cost of the hybrid versions of the Innova Hycross by 27,000 rupees since the vehicle's debut in December 2022. The price of the hybrid VX, VX(O), ZX, and ZX(O) models has increased. Toyota has raised the price by Rs 75,000 in March of this year. The costs for the NA fuel variants have stayed the same since the first price increase, though.
Last but not least, it has also raised the cost of its Camry sedan and Glanza hatchback. All of Glanza's variations have experienced a 5,000 rupee price increase. Glanza's pricing is now between Rs. 6.71 lakh to Rs. 9.99 lakh. The price rise for the Camry is higher at Rs 46,000. At this time, the car costs Rs 45.71 lakh.
