The current known pricing and the schedule for full variant-wise prices of the Tata Sierra.
What to expect next: booking dates, top-spec estimates, and variants available.
With a starting ex-showroom price of ₹11.49 lakh, the recently introduced Tata Sierra has started its comeback into the Indian SUV market. However, that figure only covers the base variant for now. According to the manufacturer, the entire set of prices for all available variations will be released later this month.
Tata offers the 2025 Sierra in a portfolio of seven variations, namely Smart+, Pure, Pure+, Adventure, Adventure+, Accomplished, and Accomplished+. The carmaker has made it clear that it won't reveal final prices until production and supply planning are steady.
What we know so far
Three different powertrain options are available for the Sierra: a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine, a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine. Transmission choices include both manual and automatic gearboxes, depending on engine and variant.
As for colours, consumers will have six paint schemes to choose from: Pure Grey, Pristine White, Andaman Adventure, Munnar Mist, Coorg Clouds, and Bengal Rouge.
What’s coming soon
According to current plans, full variant-wise costs are to be released around the first week of December. Industry estimates put the top-spec Sierra, the Accomplished+ trim, in the region of ₹20 lakh (ex-showroom).
Official reservations are expected to commence on December 16, 2025, through the brand's web platform and authorized dealerships, following the release of prices. Deliveries, meanwhile, are planned to commence from January 15, 2026.
The 2025 Sierra's full price announcement is quickly approaching, and while the base pricing is already competitive, people are eager to see how the mid- and top-variants turn out. I can also obtain a whole anticipated on-road pricing sheet for Delhi (including taxes) if you'd like, which could provide further clarity.
