Tata Safari Petrol Receives a New Ultra Model

Tata Motors has added a new Ultra model to the Safari portfolio for the petrol version, targeting consumers looking for high-end equipment with fuel efficiency. The Safari Petrol Ultra, marketed as a top-spec model, has improved safety technology, a larger high-resolution infotainment system, improved passenger comfort, and sophisticated driver assistance. The new model enhances Safari's attractiveness in the competitive three-row SUV market for families and long-distance highway touring buyers with its turbo-petrol engine and contemporary gearboxes.

  • For the Safari petrol SUV, Tata Motors has unveiled a brand-new Ultra version that is loaded with cutting-edge technology and safety features.

  • A 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine with manual and automatic gearbox options is now available for the Safari gasoline.

The petrol version of Tata Motors' seven-seat Safari SUV now has an Ultra option, making it one of the trim levels with the most features. With a bigger Harman touchscreen that employs Samsung Neo QLED technology, this new Ultra variant offers crisper graphics and a more upscale infotainment experience.

Along with additional creature comforts like a sliding armrest and memory for the exterior mirrors, the cabin also features an elegant dual-tone interior motif.

A Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) with over 20 driver-assist functions to improve daily driving confidence has increased safety.

Turbo-Petrol Options and Powertrain

A 1.5-liter turbo-petrol Hyperion engine powers the Safari gasoline range. This engine, which produced powerful power and torque statistics appropriate for a large SUV, was originally seen in Tata's Sierra.

However, it has been modified for Safari. Both a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission are available for the petrol Safari model, providing customers more options depending on their preferred driving style.

Tata is making the Safari even more competitive against competitors in the market, such as other seven-seat SUVs with high equipment levels and performance-focused petrol engines, by introducing the Ultra variant to the range.

Positioning of Segments and Buyer Appeal

Customers seeking premium amenities, state-of-the-art safety technology, and a petrol substitute for the well-liked diesel Safari are targeted by the new Ultra trim. The Safari Ultra is positioned to appeal to tech-savvy SUV shoppers and families who seek a comprehensive package without compromising thanks to its improved infotainment, sophisticated safety suite, and refined gasoline engine unit.
