Mahindra Xuv 3xo Will Adopt A Remote Climate Control Via Adrenox

Mahindra XUV 3XO will adopt a remote climate control via AdrenoX

Mahindra is gearing up to introduce the facelifted version of the XUV300, set to be rebranded as the 'XUV 3XO'. The facelifted model, debuting on April 29, brings forth a fresh visual identity along with enhanced features, marking a substantial upgrade from the original model launched in 2018. Teasers released by Mahindra signal a notable addition – a new remote climate control system accessible via smartphone, adding convenience and sophistication to the driving experience.

Revamped Appearance and Enhanced Features

The Mahindra XUV 3XO is poised to receive both aesthetic and feature upgrades, with teasers showcasing a sleeker design language and a host of advanced technologies. Amongst the novel features is a cutting-edge climate control system operable remotely through smartphones, aligning the XUV 3XO with technological advancements seen in rival models like the Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, and Tata Nexon. This integrated feature is a component of the connected car suite, offering users an intuitive way to regulate cabin temperature through smart devices or wearables.

Anticipated Enhancements and Safety Features

In addition to the upgraded climate control system, the facelifted XUV 3XO is expected to boast several advancements, including projector LED headlamps and fog lamps for enhanced visibility, a spacious 10.2-inch free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, a high-definition 10.2-inch instrument console, a panoramic sunroof for an open-air driving experience, a premium audio system for exceptional audio quality, and ventilated front seats for added comfort. The safety suite is anticipated to feature six airbags, an electronic stability program (ESP), traction control, and potentially an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in higher-end variants, elevating driving safety and security.

Continuity in Powertrain Selection

While the XUV 3XO is making strides in terms of design and technology, Mahindra is likely to uphold the existing stellar powertrain lineup. The petrol variants are expected to retain the 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine generating 109 bhp and 200 Nm of torque, along with a higher-powered 1.2-litre T-GDI mStallion turbo petrol unit producing 128 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. The diesel range is projected to offer a reliable 1.5-litre diesel engine, capable of delivering 115 bhp power and 300 Nm of torque. Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed Automated Manual Transmission (AMT), with a potential addition of an Aisin-sourced 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission as a choice. Excitingly, there are murmurs of an all-electric variant in the works, slated to be positioned below the existing XUV400 Pro, indicating Mahindra's forward-thinking approach to sustainable mobility solutions.

With the impending launch of the XUV 3XO, Mahindra is poised to set new benchmarks in the subcompact SUV segment, blending contemporary styling with advanced features and a diverse powertrain lineup to cater to discerning consumers seeking innovation, convenience, and performance in their vehicles.
