Kia Carnival Discontinued

Kia has officially discontinued the Carnival, signaling the end of its production and availability in the market. The decision might be influenced by shifting consumer preferences, market dynamics, or Kia's strategic realignment. Owners and enthusiasts may want to consider the remaining inventory or explore other Kia models as the Carnival exits the automotive landscape. Kia's decision reflects the industry's evolving landscape, where manufacturers adapt to changing demands and focus on models that align with current market trends and preferences.

Kia Carnival

Kia has pulled the plug on the Carnival, the company has taken down the vehicle from its product portfolio on the official website and stopped accepting orders for the same. The Kia Carnival was launched in 2020 as a premium MPV offering from the company with prices starting from Rs. 30.99 lakh for the base model and the top model for Rs. 35.49 lakh. It was offered in three variants: Prestige, Limousine, and Limousine Plus.

The feature list on the Kia Carnival included multi-zone climate control, a Harman Kardon audio system, a wireless charger, a powered tailgate, ventilated driver seat, a sunroof, an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, and a 10.1-inch touchscreen for passengers to name a few.

The company showcased the fourth-gen Carnival under the Kia KA4 nametag at the 2023 Auto Expo that could be powered by a hybrid powertrain in international markets. With the removal of the Carnival, the Kia cars now has four models on offer: EV6, Carens, Sonnet, and the Seltos. The Kia Seltos facelift is all set for its launch on July 4.
