In the year 2025, Mercedes Benz is updating its eSprinter model by offering a budget option, with a smaller battery and a new compact design. The latest version also introduces a rear-mounted motor with optional power outputs as well as enhanced features across the Sprinter range.
The new eSprinter variation comes with an 81.0 kWh battery making it more affordable at a price compared to the model. With a rear-mounted electric motor offering choices of 134 hp or 201 hp, the eSprinter continues to deliver power and efficiency. The larger battery version retains a 113.0 kWh power unit for ranges while the smaller model focuses on cost-effectiveness and practicality for delivery needs.

On the WLTP cycle, the updated printer achieves ranges of up to 297 miles with the larger battery and between 190 and 204 miles with the smaller battery—suitable for daily delivery distances typically under 150 miles, per day. The addition of the 81.0 kWh battery and new body style gives customers options to match their driving needs.
For enhanced range and versatile performance, the standard Sprinter is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine. The Sprinter offers a range of choices from all-wheel drive capabilities, to seating arrangements making it a versatile option for both business and personal use.
Updates for the 2025 Sprinter models include safety features like cyclist detection and pedestrian warning systems along with the option for a heated steering wheel. These enhancements aim to enhance customer satisfaction by providing increased comfort, convenience, and peace of mind in use.
Mercedes Benz's revisions for the 2025 model year focus on offering a selection of combustion engine options tailored to meet various customer preferences and operational requirements. This underscores its position as a frontrunner, in the van market.
