After a long time, BMW seems to be planning to launch the much-awaited long-wheel base version of the newly launched fifth-generation Series Sedan in the company in the next month. Priced starting at INR 47. 49 lakh, excluding the taxes, the new variant is slated for a July 24 launch and is intended to take on the iconic Mercedes E-Class LWB where India is the second global market to get this model after China.
As such, introducing the BMW 5 Series LWB will likely bring a considerable shift in sales dynamics of the luxury sedan segment in the Indian market. It is a new model, and the exterior design of the new variant is bound to have a strong heft to its sleek demeanour and provide a new benchmark for stylish functionality.
