Aston Martins Exquisite Pair Vantage Roadster And Vanquish Set To Ignite Indian Roads In 2025

Aston Martin’s Exquisite Pair: Vantage Roadster and Vanquish Set to Ignite Indian Roads in 2025

Aston Martin enthusiasts in India have plenty to look forward to in 2025, as the British luxury carmaker gears up to launch not one but two exceptional models. The lineup includes the all-new Aston Martin Vanquish, the brand’s flagship supercar, and the yet-to-be-unveiled facelifted version of the Vantage Roadster.

Both models promise cutting-edge technology, breathtaking design, and exhilarating performance, catering to the discerning tastes of automotive aficionados.

Aston Martin Vanquish: The Pinnacle of Luxury and Performance

Slated to make its Indian debut in January 2025, the Aston Martin Vanquish is set to redefine the brand's legacy. Prices for this supercar are expected to exceed Rs 6 crore (ex-showroom), making it a masterpiece reserved for the elite.

Under the hood, the Vanquish houses a formidable 5.2-litre twin-turbocharged V12 engine that delivers an astounding 835hp and 1,000Nm of torque. This represents a significant upgrade over the now-retired DBS, with an additional 110hp and 100Nm of torque. This powerhouse enables the Vanquish to achieve blistering performance, with a 0-100kph time of just 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 345kph.

The powertrain is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox featuring an advanced electronic shift-by-wire system. For optimal grip and handling, the Vanquish rides on 21-inch forged alloy wheels wrapped in bespoke Pirelli P Zero tyres. The stopping power comes courtesy of 410mm front and 360mm rear carbon ceramic disc brakes, ensuring exceptional control at high speeds.

Design and Features: A Testament to Aston Martin’s Craftsmanship

The Vanquish draws design inspiration from the DB12, evident in its sleek headlights and redesigned grille. The sculpted bonnet features dual air vents for enhanced aerodynamics and engine cooling. At the rear, quad exhausts and vertically stacked LED tail-lights form a striking visual signature, complemented by a darkened panel adorned with the iconic Aston Martin emblem.

Inside, the Vanquish is a sanctuary of luxury and technology. A new 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system takes center stage, offering wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The cabin also features a similar-sized digital driver’s display, a 15-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system delivering 1,170 watts of pure sound, a wireless phone charger, and an ADAS suite for enhanced safety. Premium materials and meticulous craftsmanship ensure that every journey is an experience to cherish.

Aston Martin Vantage Roadster: Open-Top Thrills

Joining the Vanquish in mid-2025 will be the facelifted Vantage Roadster, the convertible counterpart to the Vantage coupe. While the refreshed coupe was unveiled earlier this year, the updated Roadster is yet to break cover, with its global debut anticipated in early 2025. In India, the Roadster is expected to be priced around Rs 5 crore (ex-showroom).

The Vantage Roadster retains its signature 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG. This unit produces 665hp and 800Nm of torque, enabling the coupe to achieve a 0-100kph time of 3.5 seconds. The Roadster, owing to the additional weight of its folding roof, is likely to clock a slightly slower sprint time of around 3.6-3.7 seconds.

Styling and Features: Bold and Sophisticated

In terms of design, the Vantage Roadster will mirror the coupe's sharp and athletic styling. The convertible will feature Aston Martin’s signature wide grille, sculpted body panels, and a distinct rear fascia. Its interior is expected to share the coupe's high-end layout, including an intuitive infotainment system, premium upholstery, and advanced driver aids.

With the convertible roof, the Roadster brings a new dimension of thrill to the Vantage lineup, allowing drivers to experience the joy of open-top motoring while enjoying the roar of the V8 engine.

Aston Martin’s Growing Presence in India

The launch of these two models signals Aston Martin’s renewed focus on the Indian market, catering to a growing base of luxury car buyers. The Vanquish, with its unparalleled performance and opulence, and the Vantage Roadster, offering a blend of sportiness and convertible charm, will undoubtedly enhance the brand's appeal.

As Indian enthusiasts eagerly await these masterpieces, Aston Martin promises to deliver an unforgettable driving experience with its 2025 lineup. Whether it's the adrenaline of the Vanquish’s V12 or the wind-in-your-hair freedom of the Vantage Roadster, the roads are set to witness the epitome of British engineering and elegance.
