Mahindra is set to launch the brand new revamped XUV300 in a newly rebranded avatar named the XUV 3XO. While the cosmetic name change is attention-grabbing, the forthcoming XUV 3XO boasts a host of upgrades distinguishable from its predecessor. Here’s what you can expect from the forthcoming Mahindra XUV 3XO.
Enhanced Exterior Design: Recent teasers and spy shots hint at a revamp in the facelifted XUV300's exterior design. Anticipated updates include bi-LED projector headlamps with C-shaped LED DRLs, a redesigned front grille, a resculpted front bumper, and fresh 16-inch all-black alloy wheels. The sleek LED taillamps with a connecting LED stripe across the revamped tailgate showcases a brand-new look for the rear end.

Revamped Interiors and Advanced Features:
The interiors of the XUV 3XO are expected to have a refreshed appearance akin to its all-electric counterpart, the XUV 400. Encompassing a restructured dashboard layout with a larger 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.2-inch instrument console, the upgraded cabin will boast the more advanced AndrenoX system. Additionally, teased features entail ventilated seats, a panoramic sunroof, a premium audio system, a new climate control panel, connected car technology, voice assist commands, a wireless smartphone charger, auto-dimming IRVM, and an updated steering wheel.
Powertrain Options:
Mahindra is likely to retain the existing XUV300's powertrain options for the XUV 3XO. The lineup will encompass the 1.2-liter turbo petrol engine delivering 109 bhp and 200 Nm of torque, a higher-spec 1.2-liter T-GDI mStallion turbo petrol unit generating 128 hp power and 250 Nm of torque, and a 1.5-liter diesel engine producing 115 bhp power and 300 Nm of torque. Offered with a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed AMT, a 6-speed torque converter automatic sourced from Aisin might also be an anticipated addition. Moreover, whispers suggest a potential all-electric variant in the pipeline for the XUV 3XO lineup, positioned below the XUV400 Pro.
