2024 Honda Amaze To Launch In India Tomorrow

2024 Honda Amaze to Launch in India Tomorrow

Honda is all decked up to launch its highly anticipated third-generation Amaze in India tomorrow on December 04, 2024. This compact sedan, known for its practicality and reliability, will come with refreshed styling, new features, and advanced safety technologies. The launch event in Delhi will also include the announcement of variant-specific pricing.

Revamped Design Language

The new Honda Amaze is appealing to the car enthusiast with its bold design, borrowing cues from the Honda Elevate for its front fascia and the Honda City for its rear. With sleek LED headlamps and updated taillights, the car appears more modern and in line with Honda’s design philosophy.

Additionally, the Amaze is said to be 33mm wider than its predecessor, giving it a sturdier stance and possibly more interior room. This enhancement will be confirmed during tomorrow’s launch.

Interior Upgrades and Features

Inside, the 2024 Amaze features a redesigned dashboard with fabric upholstery, offering a fresh and premium feel. Available in three variants—V, VX, and ZX—it aims to cater to a broad spectrum of buyers.

Key features expected in the ZX variant include:

  • Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay

  • Wireless smartphone charging

  • Rear AC vents

  • LED headlamps and taillights

However, premium additions like ventilated seats and a sunroof are absent, which may leave some buyers wanting more.

Segment-First Safety Features

Safety is a major focus for the 2024 Honda Amaze. It is expected to offer:

  • Lane-watch camera

  • Six airbags

  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

If confirmed, ADAS will make the Amaze the first in its segment to offer advanced safety features. Though it lacks a 360-degree camera, a rear parking camera will be available in higher trims.

Engine and Transmission

The new Amaze retains its trusted 1.2-litre petrol engine, delivering smooth performance with either a five-speed manual gearbox or a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission). While the engine remains unchanged, Honda is expected to refine its driving dynamics for a better experience.

What to Expect from the Launch

As Honda prepares to introduce the 2024 Amaze, it’s clear that this compact sedan is aimed at raising the bar in its segment. With its modern design, enhanced features, and segment-first safety technologies, the Amaze is set to compete with rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Dzire and Hyundai Aura.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s event in Delhi, where Honda will unveil the full specifications, pricing, and availability of the new Amaze.
