Will the Roxx Interior Theme of the Mahindra Thar Discontinue with a Grey Cover Instead?

Mahindra is revamping the Thar Roxx’s interior with a Mocha Grey theme, replacing the discontinued Ivory White. The updated design enhances durability and complements the rugged SUV’s character. Alongside the new theme, Mahindra has added comfort and convenience features without increasing prices. Discover the latest Thar Roxx updates, including pricing, variants, and powerful engine options.

There is a new interior theme called Mocha Grey for the Mahindra Thar Roxx, which is likely to take over from the iconic Ivory White theme that Mahindra discontinued in the model Thar Roxx. The brand has built the off-roader with optioned interiors in Mocha Brown to the 4WD variants, and images of the new grey shade have leaked over the internet, which appears to phase out the much-criticized Ivory White.

A white theme for an off-roader lifestyle does not gel well, and we are glad that Mahindra has paid heed to the input from customers and the audience. The light grey theme would comprise parts of the dashboard, seats, armrests, and door pads and is said to be termed Mocha Grey.

Recently, Mahindra updated it with the Thar Roxx with additional features stretched but did not hike the prices of the vehicle. Remote keyless entry request sensors, co-driver armrest sliding function to enhance comfort, and flat aerodynamic wiper blades to cut noise in the cabin are some improvements made.

The base variant of Mahindra Thar Roxx tags itself for Rs 12.99 lakh for the starting model, while the highest offering limits go to Rs 23.09 lakh (ex-showroom). The rugged- hunk of an SUV comes in six variants, namely MX1, MX3, MX5, AX3 L, AX5 L, and AX7 L. The customer can opt for either a 2WD or a 4WD.

Under the hood, a mStallion 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine powers the SUV with 160 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. Of course, for diesel fans, it has that 2.2L four-cylinder mHawk engine, with its 150 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. This will be mated to an option of a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed torque converter automatic unit as per the buyer's choice.

Ladder-frame chassis home Mahindra Thar Roxx is equipped with a 10.25-inch touch screen infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, six airbags, 360-degree camera system, automatic climate control, power windows for all four doors, rear AC vents, Harman audio, charging ports, and much more.
