First batch sold out: Within weeks of the Octavia RS's introduction, all 100 imported cars were reserved.
The next batch will arrive soon: When the second wave arrives in early 2026, some 350 pending customers will be given precedence.
There were only 100 of the most recent Octavia RS available when it debuted in India, and they have all been claimed. The vehicle is imported as a fully assembled unit and has a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine that produces 265 hp and 370 Nm of torque.
Prior to the official price release, reservations were accepted, and enthusiast interest was evident due to the exclusivity.
What will be included in the second batch?
There are now about 350 pending reservations, according to Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Skoda India. Priority would be given to individuals who have already made reservations before new purchases are opened, he emphasized. Subject to corporate allocations and import laws, the second batch is anticipated to reach India in early 2026.
