Maruti S Presso And Alto K10 Get Price Cuts In India Feature Updates And More

Maruti S-Presso and Alto K10 Get Price Cuts in India: Feature Updates and More

Maruti Suzuki has announced a price revision for two of its popular budget-friendly models, the Maruti S-Presso and Alto K10. These models are now more affordable, albeit for select variants, bringing even more value to customers looking for compact and cost-effective cars. The move comes shortly after the recent update that added the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as standard across all variants of these models. Here’s a closer look at what to expect from these price cuts and recent updates.

Price Reductions

The price cuts are applied selectively across the two models. The Maruti S-Presso has witnessed a price drop of Rs. 2,000, exclusively applicable to the LXi petrol variant. Meanwhile, the Maruti Alto K10 has seen a more significant price reduction of Rs. 6,500 on its VXi petrol variant. These price revisions make these models even more competitive in the entry-level car market, appealing to buyers who prioritize affordability along with safety and convenience features.

Recent Feature Updates

Maruti Suzuki has also enhanced the feature list for both the Alto K10 and the S-Presso, adding the Electronic Stability Program (ESP) across all variants. This is a significant upgrade for these models, considering their budget-friendly positioning. The ESP feature ensures better stability and control, especially in emergency driving conditions, making these compact cars safer for everyday use.

Alongside ESP, Maruti Suzuki has also introduced the ‘Dream Series’ edition for the Alto K10, S-Presso, and Celerio. This special edition comes with additional features and is priced at Rs. 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Dream Series edition aims to attract customers seeking a little more flair and exclusivity in their budget cars without breaking the bank.

Maruti’s Continued Focus on Value

Maruti Suzuki’s latest price reduction and feature updates are part of its broader strategy to keep its entry-level models attractive to budget-conscious buyers while ensuring safety and reliability. With the S-Presso and Alto K10 being among the top choices for first-time car buyers, these updates reinforce Maruti’s commitment to providing value-packed products that cater to a wide range of customer needs.

For buyers eyeing an affordable yet feature-rich compact car, the recent price cuts and upgrades make the Maruti S-Presso and Alto K10 more compelling than ever. With ESP now standard and prices slashed for select variants, these models are poised to continue their strong performance in the Indian automotive market.

Conclusion

The Maruti S-Presso and Alto K10 have always been known for their value-driven approach, and with the recent price reductions and safety enhancements, they are likely to remain top contenders in the entry-level car segment. For those looking for a budget-friendly car without compromising on essential features, these models are worth considering.
