BYD Sealion 7 to launch in India on 17th February, 2025

The BYD Sealion 7 is slated to launch in India on February 17, 2025, and the prices will be launched and announced on the same day. The Chinese Giant has started accepting bookings for Sealion 7 at Rs. 70,000 and the deliveries will commence in March 2025. The Sealion 7 was one of the key attractions of the Chinese Pavilion at the Auto Expo 2025 in New Delhi.

The upcoming BYD Sealion 7 was one of the key attractions from the Chinese Automaker Pavilion at the Auto Expo and the all-new SUV will be equipped with LED lights all around, Panoramic Sunroof, and a 15.6-inch rotating information display with a heads-up display and a 10 inch Driver cluster.

The 4-door Electric SUV bears a fastback design which brings a roofline with it that gradually slopes downwards. It will be the 4th BYD car in India and is also based on the same design philosophy seen in the Atto 3, the Seal, and the newest eMax 7. The Sealion 7 also provides LED headlights along with DRLs; wheel arches are flared out with black cladding and the tail lights are connected with an LED bar.

Battery and Range of BYD Sealion 7

The BYD Sealion 7 will be powered with an 82.5 kWh battery pack and is available in both single and dual motor configurations. The rear-wheel driving car puts out 308 bhp and 380 Nm of maximum torque and promises a single charge range ranging up to 482 km.
