2025 India BYD Seal Launch Pricing Starts at Rs 41 Lakhs

The BYD SEAL 2025 is officially launched in India, where it is luxurious, has great performance, and excellent safety features. With a starting price of Rs 41 lakh, this car is set to redefine the premium experience in EVs and is already boasting 5-star Euro NCAP ratings and top-of-the-line tech upgrades.

The Indian launch of the BYD SEAL electric sedan marks a whole new level of excitement for the loyal BYD fans of India. Being positioned as a luxury vehicle with new-age technology and innovative safety systems, this sedan takes luxury in premium EVs to a notch up. The resplendent SEAL is poised to further exhilarate its grip on the ever-growing class of discerning EV buyers in India.

The three variants of the BYD SEAL are from Rs 41 lakh onward:

  • Dynamic (RWD) – 61.44 kWh battery – Rs 41 lakh

  • Premium (RWD) – 82.56 kWh battery – Rs 45.70 lakh

  • Performance (AWD) – 82.56 kWh battery – Rs 53.15 lakh

Fresh out of the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024, the SEAL renewed performance, ride comfort, and overall ownership experience, even with the aura of customer interest from the moment it stepped in.

Technologically Advanced and Incredibly Entertaining

Say goodbye to the excellent Lithion Iron Phosphate (LFP) low-voltage battery that is lighter, reliable, and has an incredible lifespan of 15 years! To boost survivability, efficiency, along with the dynamic driving feel, the battery is complemented by BYD's Cell-to-Body (CTB) structure as well as the Intelligent Torque Adaptation Control (iTAC) technology.

For the extreme thrill seekers, in just 3.8 seconds, the 0-100 km/h boasts of its SEAL Performance AWD variant as a testament to BYD engineering brilliance. Ride quality at all terrains is further enhanced by the inclusion of Frequency Selective Dampers and a Disus-C Intelligent Damping System.

Luxurious Cabin and Advanced Connectivity

The cabins boast true luxury with silver-plated dimming canopies and power sunshades alongside advanced air conditioning purification. For tech lovers, Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come standard for seamless pairing.

Multifold 5-Star Safety

In addition, the BYD SEAL is a separate 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating car because of its really high CTB structural integrity with respect to crash protection levels. With such features as autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and a whole bunch of driver assistance systems, this makes it one of the safest sedans in its segment in terms of electric ones.

The 2025 BYD SEAL will surely change perceptions about luxury electric mobility in India with its competitive pricing, premium feature offerings, and a firm stance on performance and safety.
