MG Cyberster spotted in India

At the 2025 Auto Expo, MG Motor India debuted the Cyberster and the M9 premium electric MPV. While the company's other vehicles, such as the Comet EV, Astor, Hector, Hector Plus, ZS EV, Gloster, and Windsor EV, will still be offered through regular MG dealerships, the Cyberster will be marketed through MG's Select Premium Showrooms, a network devoted to its high-end electric models.

The Cyberster's sporting appeal is enhanced by its retro-futuristic design, which includes features like an electrically retractable fabric roof and scissor doors. Dynamic Red, Inca Yellow, Cosmic Silver, and English White are the four exterior color choices.

Dimensions of MG Cyberster

The roadster's measurements are as follows: it is 4,535 mm long, 1,913 mm wide, and 1,329 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm. It has a dramatic design language with a honeycomb mesh grille, swept-back LED headlamps, arrow-shaped LED taillamps, a full-width LED light bar, and diffuser-style components on the rear bumper. It rides on 20-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.

Interiors of MG Cyberster

The inside of the Cyberster is a luxurious cabin with a black and red motif. It has two bucket seats with ventilation, memory function, and six-way electric adjustment. A 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7-inch touchscreen for AC settings, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster are all part of the dashboard's triple-screen arrangement. A multi-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel with integrated controls, touch-enabled air conditioning controls, and an 8-speaker Bose sound system are further high-end features.

Techspecs of MG Cyberster

With a stated range of 450 kilometers, the MG Cyberster is propelled by two electric motors—one on each axle—and a 77 kWh battery pack. With a top speed of 180 km/h, the Cyberster can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.2 seconds thanks to its twin-motor system, which generates 510 horsepower and 725 Nm of torque. Both the Trophy and GT versions of the Cyberster are offered worldwide; the Trophy version has a single motor, while the GT version has two motors and four driving modes: Comfort, Custom, Sport, and Track.

Conclusion and Pricing of MG Cyberster

The MG Cyberster is anticipated to be one of the most expensive electric performance vehicles in India, with a price range of Rs 75 lakh to Rs 80 lakh (ex-showroom). It is marketed as an electric substitute for the BMW Z4, although it has no direct rivals in the market. In India's expanding EV sports car market, the Cyberster is poised to make a big impression thanks to its innovative styling, powerful motor, and opulent features.
