Harley-Davidson has hiked the price of the newly launched X440 by Rs. 10,500 for all the variants
Harley-Davidson has announced the new pricing of the Harley-Davidson X440 which will start from Rs. 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom) after the 3rd of August. The price has been hiked by Rs. 10,500 for all the variants. Customers who will book the X440 till the above mentioned date will still be eligible for the introductory price of Rs. 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom).
The price hike affects all the variants which means that the base model - Denim will now retail at Rs. 2.29 lakh, Vivid will be at Rs. 2.59 lakh and the top model S variant will cost Rs. 2.79 lakh, all prices ex-showroom.
The customer test rides for the same are likely to commence from 1st September and the production of the Harley-Davidson X440 will start in September at the company’s Garden Factory at Neemrana, Rajasthan, and commence customer deliveries from October 2023. Deliveries to customers will be made on a prioritised basis as per booking dates. The ramp up of production capacity is already in progress in response to the demand trends.
At the heart of the X440 is a 440-cc, single-cylinder, air-oil cooled engine that makes 27 bhp of power and 38 Nm of peak torque at 4000 rpm. And the company claims a mileage of 35 kmpl.
