How to update KYC for FASTag
If you wish to update your KYC FASTag, then for this you need to go to the NHAI FASTag website.
Log in by using your registered mobile number and OTP.
Then go to the 'My Profile' option and click on the KYC option and update your details.
If your FASTag is from a bank, then go to the NETC FASTag website.
Choose your bank through which your FASTag has been issued.
Then, renew your KYC details, and press the final submit button.
Important Update for FASTag users
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has established March 31, 2025, as the date to update KYC for FASTag accounts. In case users don't update their KYC on or before that date, their FASTag will be suspended even if there is a balance in their account. If not, then your FASTag will be blocked (blacklisted), even though there is a balance in your account.
