2025 MG Hector E20 Compliant: Prices, Features & New Buyer Offers

MG Motor India has launched the E20-compliant Hector, capable of running on 20% ethanol-blended fuel. Starting at Rs. 13.99 lakh, the SUV offers buyers an extended warranty, 5-year roadside assistance, RTO fee concessions, and even a chance to win a London trip. Packed with features like a 14-inch touchscreen and ADAS, it sets the benchmark for 2025 SUVs.

The E20 compliance version of Hector was launched by MG Motor India on 5 October 2023. According to JSW MG Motor India, the updated model is capable of running on 20 percent ethanol-blended petrol. The new E20 variants come powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine, available for purchase with either a manual or CVT transmission.

Ex-showroom prices for the E20-compliant Hector begin at Rs. 13.99 Lakh. The regulation states that all petrol-driven vehicles manufactured from March 31, 2025, onwards shall be compatible with E20 fuel.

Post being modified, the Hector model shall comply with E20 material compatibility for every petrol variant hewn after the deadline; MG's Astor already complies with the requirement of E20 fuel, earning the distinction last year.

The Hector, first launched under the banner of 2019, is densely packed with features such as a panoramic sunroof and the huge 14-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system.

Other highlights of the 2025 MG Hector itself include the high tech with over 70 connected car features and a full complement of ADAS features.

JSW MG Motor India has initiated a new campaign called 'Midnight Carnival' to attract customers to the showrooms. The promotion has MG dealerships open until midnight during weekends for a limited period.

Twenty Hector buyers can get lucky and win a trip to London worth INR. 4 lakhs in special benefits. The new buyers of Hector will now get an extended warranty package of two additional years or up to one lakh kilometers over and above the standard three years. Therefore, roadside assistance for 5 years from the date of purchase is available for customers, given by the additional 2-year offer.
