2025 MG Astor Launched with Panoramic Sunroof Below Rs 12.5L

The 2025 MG Astor gets a tech and safety upgrade, adding a panoramic sunroof to the Shine variant (under ₹12.5 lakh) and six airbags to the Select trim. Prices start at ₹9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). Read on to explore the new features!

The 2025 MG Astor, the most technologically advanced SUV in India, now has a new panoramic sunroof, six airbags, and AI-assisted tech on the list of features, with a starting price of Rs 9.99 lakh ex-showroom.

In this round of updates for the very famous SUV features of comfort, safety, and technology receive an upgrade with emphasis in the Shine and Select variants, while there are also Sprint, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro variants on offer. The price for the base version starts at Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Along with six speakers for some in-car entertainment, the Shine variant now comes with a panoramic sunroof, a unique feature in the sub-Rs 12.5-lakh category, adding to its silken popularity. On the Select, safety goes up another notch with the inclusion of six airbags and premium ivory leatherette upholstery.

All 2025 models of the Astor get ventilated front seats, wireless charger, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. The upgraded i-SMART 2.0 system offers over 80 connected features and an improved UI. JIO Voice Recognition allows for voice control commands for weather, news, cricket scores, and more. Enhanced security is provided with the Anti-Theft feature and Digital Key functions, which can be used even without network access.
