I recently completed the first annual service for my Volkswagen Taigun at Ramani Volkswagen Salem, and the experience was surprisingly smooth. Booking an appointment was effortless through their online portal, and the staff were punctual upon arrival. My service advisor, Karthikeyan, was professional and provided a transparent breakdown of the necessary checks, including the critical software updates and engine cil replacement. While the total time taken was about five hours-slightly longer than expected-the quality of the mechanical work was top-notch. They even addressed a minor rattling issue in the dashboard under warranty. Although the complimentary car wash could have been more thorough, the overall technical expertise and polite customer handling made it a positive visit.
