I’ve been a long-time Toyota owner, but my recent visit to topsel toyota was disappointing. While the car itself is great, the communication from the service department was poor. I was told my car would be ready in two hours, but it ended up taking five with no updates. I hope they can improve their scheduling in the future

All aspects of buying were good. One thing they are poor on is in dealing with accessories. No interest at all.
