The overall service experience has been just okay. One major concern is the lack of proper diagnostics. Issues that could have been easily identified with basic checks are often missed, and only acknowledged once they turn into a problem. For example, a simple remote battery replacement was misdiagnosed, and I was advised to replace the entire remote locking system—which clearly showed a lack of basic troubleshooting. It feels like the technicians lack the necessary experience or attention to detail during inspections. I expected more accuracy and professionalism from an authorized Skoda service team.
