Uttarakhand e-challan: Digital Traffic/Transport Enforcement Solution
You can run an easy Uttarakhand (RTO) challan check online using the Park+ website or Parivahan website.

There are two ways of paying traffic e-challan online - using the Parivahan website and using the Uttarakhand Core Treasury System web portal.
You can pay for the traffic e-challan issued by Uttarakhand police by using 'Parivahan' the official e-challan website by the Indian Government.
Once the payment is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation along with the transaction ID.
Note: In the case of a driver with a Learning License, e-challan doesn't get issued, but another driver with a permanent driving license must be seated in the vehicle.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation receipt along with an option to "Submit to the bank" online.

There are two ways to pay e-challan issued by Uttarakhand traffic police offline :
You can visit any traffic police station in your city along with your Driving Licence, Address and Identity Proof, and letter for a traffic violation and submit your fine in cash.

As per the New Motor Vehicle Amendment Act, 2019. the following is the revised list of penalties and their fines as implemented by the Uttarakhand Government.
