How to check Uttarakhand Traffic e-challan status?
You can run an easy Uttarakhand (RTO) challan check online using the Park+ website or Parivahan website.
Use the Park+ website for your parivahan fine check-in in two simple steps:
- Visit the Uttarakhand e-challan web portal on the Park+ website.
Enter your vehicle number and view your challan status details.
Use the Parivahan website of the Government of India to check your challan status:
- Visit the Parivahan e-challan webpage.
- Enter your Challan number/vehicle number/ Driving license number.
- From the list of your challans; select the one for which you want to know the status.
How to pay the e-challan issued by Uttarakhand traffic police?
You can pay an e-challan issued by Uttarakhand traffic police both online and offline.
Paying traffic e-challan online:
There are two ways of paying traffic e-challan online - using the Parivahan website and using the Uttarakhand Core Treasury System web portal.
Using Parivahan website:
You can pay for the traffic e-challan issued by Uttarakhand police by using 'Parivahan' the official e-challan website by the Indian Government.
- Visit the Sarathi Parivahan e-challan webpage.
- Enter your Challan number/Vehicle number/Driving License number.
- Then, enter the Captcha code and select "Get Details".
- Now, from the list of e-challans, select the one which you want to pay.
- You will have access to the pending amount and your offense details.
- Proceed with the payment.
Once the payment is made successfully, you will receive a confirmation along with the transaction ID.
Note: In the case of a driver with a Learning License, e-challan doesn't get issued, but another driver with a permanent driving license must be seated in the vehicle.
Using Uttarakhand Treasury official web portal:
- Visit the Uttarakhand Core Treasury System web portal.
- Click on "e-Challan".
- If you are applying online for challan for the first time, use the "Create e-Challan User" icon to create your profile.
- A registration form will appear on your screen. Fill in the required information including name, address, contact details, PAN number, and Aadhar number, and click the "Get OTP" icon.
- A few more fields shall add up on your screen to generate a password. Click on "Proceed" to activate your newly created user ID and password.
- Now login with your User ID, password, and captcha code.
- Select "e-challan entry". A pre-filled form will appear on your screen.
- Confirm your personal information. Then select department name, office name, and key service.
- Proceed with the payment. Choose the payment gateway of your choice.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation receipt along with an option to "Submit to the bank" online.

Paying Uttarakhand traffic e-challan offline:
There are two ways to pay e-challan issued by Uttarakhand traffic police offline :
- You can submit manually the print copy of the e-challan payment confirmation receipt (generated online) at the bank counter. Or,
You can visit any traffic police station in your city along with your Driving Licence, Address and Identity Proof, and letter for a traffic violation and submit your fine in cash.
