The Parivahan NOC (No Objection Certificate) can be obtained online from the Official Portal of Parivahan Sewa. The process to obtain the NOC is as follows:
Visit the Official Portal of Parivahan Sewa
Click on the “Online Services” tab at the top of the page.
Click on the “NOC” link under the “Taxation” section.
Enter the required details such as Vehicle Registration Number, State, District, Date of Issue, etc.
Click on the “Get NOC” button.
The NOC will be displayed on the screen. Download the NOC and take a printout of it.
