Tata Safari

Tata Motors has provided attractive discounts and bonuses for May 2023 on various chosen SUVs and cars.

On well-known models like the Tiago, Tigor, Altroz, Harrier, and Safari, customers may now take advantage of appealing consumer scheme perks, exchange bonuses, or corporate benefits. It's important to note that the corporation has decided not to extend any benefits to its array of electric vehicles and the Punch and Nexon SUVs. With this change, Tata Motors hopes to give consumers more value and choice when choosing a vehicle from its wide array of options.

Customers can now receive maximum discounts on these SUVs of up to Rs 35,000. Each version of both models is eligible for a corporate discount of up to Rs 10,000 and an exchange discount of Rs 25,000. It's important to note that neither the Harrier nor the Safari is eligible for consumer benefit programmes. By taking this action, Tata Motors hopes to increase the value of its flagship SUVs by offering customers alluring incentives to buy them.

The Safari is a diesel-only SUV that has a 170hp, 2.0-litre diesel engine and either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automated gearbox. It stands out for its third-row space, performance, and handling compared to the Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector Plus, and Hyundai Alcazar. Competitors include the MG Hector and 5-seater XUV700. The Harrier is a well-built and spacious SUV that shares its drivetrain and chassis with the Safari. The Harrier is priced between Rs 15 and Rs 24.07 lakh, while the Safari is priced between Rs 15.65 and Rs 25 lakh.

Tata Motors also provides the Tigor with enticing incentives of up to Rs 33,000. The consumer scheme benefit for the petrol-AMT and CNG variants is Rs 15,000, and the exchange discount is Rs 10,000, for a total benefit of Rs 25,000. A consumer scheme benefit of Rs 20,000 is available for the petrol-MT models, for a total value of Rs 30,000. A further corporate discount of Rs 3,000 is only available for the fuel variants.

The Tigor's 1.2-litre petrol engine makes 86 horsepower and may be mated to a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. For the 70 horsepower of the CNG version, there is only a 5-speed manual gearbox. Some of its competitors are well-known compact sedans like the Honda Amaze, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, and Hyundai Aura. The Tigor is currently priced between Rs. 6.30 lakh and Rs. 8.90 lakh.

Tata is providing the Tiago hatchback with the potential for savings of up to Rs 30,000. On most variations, customers can benefit from a consumer scheme benefit of Rs 15,000 and an exchange discount of Rs 10,000. Consumer advantages are increased for the petrol XT, XT Rhythm, NRG, and XZ+ models by Rs 20,000, for a total of Rs 30,000 in incentives. The consumer scheme of Rs 10,000, offering benefits of Rs 20,000, applies to CNG variations.

Corporate discounts of up to Rs 5,000 are also available for the CNG variants. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios, Maruti Suzuki Swift, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis are some popular hatchbacks against which the Tiago competes. The Tiago's current price ranges from Rs 5.60 lakh to Rs 8.11 lakh.

Moreover, Tata Motors provides appealing discounts on the Altroz hatchback, with overall savings of up to Rs 30,000. On petrol-DCT variants and all diesel variants, customers can take advantage of perks totalling Rs 25,000, which includes a consumer reward plan worth Rs 15,000 and an exchange reduction of Rs 10,000. The consumer reward scheme for the petrol-MT type is lower at Rs 10,000, with a maximum of Rs 20,000. Corporate discounts of up to Rs 3,000 are also available on all Altroz models. Popular hatchback The Altroz competes with other vehicles in its class.

The Hyundai i20, Toyota Glanza, and Maruti Suzuki Baleno are the competitors for the Altroz, a high-end hatchback with two petrol and one diesel engine options. The vehicle has a 110 horsepower, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, a 1.5-litre diesel engine, and an 86 horsepower, 1.2 litres normally aspirated petrol engine. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard for all engines, while a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox is available for the naturally aspirated engine. The cost of the Altroz ranges from Rs 6.60 lakh to Rs 10.50 lakh.
