Tata Curvv Top-Spec Variant’s Feature List Revealed: Details Inside

Before the official launch of the new Tata Curvv coupe SUV, several new details are emerging. Most recently, the complete details of the top-spec variant of the 2024 Tata Curvv have been shared online. The information includes the complete feature list for the top-spec variants of this much-awaited C-segment SUV. So without any further delay, here is everything that we know about the upcoming Tata Curvv top-spec variants.

Design and Unique Features

The Tata Curvv’s design, as we are aware, is both stylish and functional. It will feature a 4-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, 18-inch machined alloy wheels, and a panoramic sunroof. Ambient lighting, dual-function LED DRLs, sweeping LED indicators, and connected LED front and tail lamps will also be present. The Curvv also boasts segment-first features such as a power opening and closing tailgate, flush door handles, and touch-based steering-mounted controls.

As per the leaked documents, the Curvv will come with maroon leather upholstery, a dual-tone exterior, and gloss black door and wheel arch cladding. It will also get a shark-fin antenna, gloss black outside mirrors with indicators, and a rear spoiler.

Functional Features

The interior of the Curvv will take inspiration from its elder siblings, the Harrier and Safari. This means that it will come loaded with features like ventilated front seats, a 6-way power driver seat, and a 6-way power front passenger seat. The rear seats offer a 2-position recline, and there will also be an air purifier and wireless phone charger.

Apart from these, the segment-first standout feature of the Curvv will be its power tailgate with hands-free opening. It will also offer three drive modes (Eco, City, Sport) and an idle engine start/stop function to optimize fuel efficiency. Other interior features include a cooled and illuminated glovebox, touch-based auto AC controls, and 60-40 split folding rear seats. It will also get paddle shifters, a rear USB-C charger, front and rear armrests, and rear AC vents to ensure a comfortable journey for all passengers.

Entertainment and Infotainment

The Tata Curvv will come with a massive 12.3-inch touchscreen that supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It will also get voice commands to allow for hands-free operation of various functions. The sound system is equally impressive, with 4 speakers, 4 tweeters, and a subwoofer, all powered by a Harman sound system. Telematics and navigation are integrated into the instrument cluster. It will also come with AUX, FM, and USB options.

Safety Features

The upcoming Tata Curvv will boast a 5-star BNCAP adult safety rating. The list of its standard safety features includes all-disc brakes and electronic stability control. The Curvv will come equipped with multiple airbags, including 2x curtain airbags and 2x front thorax airbags. It will also include a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), a 360-degree camera, and a rear parking camera with guidelines.

Tata Motors will also offer the Curvv with an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, hill descent control, and hill start assist. It will also get LED front fog lamps, ISOFIX child seat mounts, LED projector headlamps, and front parking sensors. The safety feature list also includes an auto-dimming inside mirror, rear defogger, and traction control system.

ADAS Features

The Tata Curvv top-spec variant will come equipped with a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Its ADAS suite will consist of adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go traffic assist, forward collision warning, and avoidance assist. It will also get lane keep assist, lane follow assist, and lane departure warning systems. Additional features like rear collision warning, traffic sign recognition, driver attention warning, and doze-off alert will also be included. Lastly, it will come with a blind spot monitor (camera-based) and blind spot alert (radar-based), auto high beam, rear cross-traffic alert, and advanced navigation on the instrument cluster.

In conclusion, Tata Curvv’s top-spec variant promises to be a feature-rich and competitive offering in the C-segment SUV market. With its stylish design, comprehensive feature set, and advanced safety and driver assistance technologies, it aims to cater to a wide range of customer needs and preferences.
