Lexus Begins Deliveries of Ultra-Luxury LM 350h in India

Lexus has officially commenced the deliveries of India's most expensive MPV, the Lexus LM 350h. Customers who booked their vehicles in August last year have eagerly awaited this moment. Lexus launched the LM 350h in March with prices starting at Rs 2 crore, ex-showroom.

Lexus LM 350h: What is it?

The Lexus LM 350h sets a new standard in the MPV segment by introducing ultra-luxury features. Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, similar to the Toyota Vellfire, the LM 350h is available in two variants. The entry-level variant, the LM 350h VIP, is a seven-seater vehicle, while the more opulent Ultra Luxury variant is a four-seater MPV with interiors resembling a first-class airline cabin.

The Ultra Luxury variant features a partition with a 48-inch ultrawide screen separating the front seats from the rear, which includes two lounge Ottoman chairs, making it ideal for a chauffeur-driven experience. The seven-seater VIP variant is designed for family use. The LM 350h boasts a 23-speaker Mark Levinson sound system and a multi-operational armrest with remote controllers. The dashboard is equipped with a 14-inch HD touchscreen featuring Apple CarPlay and a 10-inch head-up display.

Powering the LM 350h is a 2.5-litre petrol hybrid engine that delivers a combined output of 190 bhp and 240 Nm. The MPV features an all-wheel-drive drivetrain. The LM 350h VIP is priced at Rs 2 crore, while the Ultra Luxury variant costs Rs 2.5 crore, ex-showroom.

At the launch event, Tanmay Bhattacharya, Executive Vice President of Lexus India, expressed his gratitude for the positive reception of the new Lexus LM 350h. He emphasized the company's commitment to luxury and innovation, acknowledging the high waiting period and thanking customers for their patience. Bhattacharya highlighted that the LM 350h represents a significant milestone for Lexus in India, aiming to strengthen customer relationships and uphold a legacy of excellence.
