Launched on Feb 1, 2025, the Kia Syros SUV has sold over 15,986 units, offering six variants, cool features like ventilated seats, and two engine options, making it a top pick in India’s compact SUV market.

Whether it is BTS or Kia, South Korean singers and cars both have a fan following that is unmatchable! The passion for owning a Kia car has been highlighted by the sales figures of the coolest new compact SUV, the Kia Syros, crossing a massive 15,986 units sold since it zoomed onto the scene on February 1, 2025.

That’s right; this model is winning hearts faster than you can say "vroom vroom"! And guess what? In March alone, Kia India sold a whopping 25,525 vehicles, showing just how much people are vibing with their rides.

What’s the Buzz About?

The Kia Syros is quite an affordable car packed with enormous features. To begin with, it’s priced at a super affordable Rs. 9 lakh and comes in six awesome variants—HTK, HTK (O), HTK Plus, HTX, HTX Plus, and HTX Plus (O)—so there’s something for everyone.

Cool Features That’ll Blow Your Mind

This SUVs' features aren't anything like other SUVs perhaps is packed with goodies that make every drive feel like a party, including ventilated seats in both the front and back to keep you cool, a panoramic sunroof to soak in the views, and a Level 2 ADAS suite that’s like having a smart co-pilot watching out for you. Oh, and there’s a dedicated AC control screen—fancy, right? The rear seats even slide and recline so your passengers can kick back and relax. It’s a mini living room on wheels!

Power Under the Hood

Let’s talk engines. The Syros gives you two solid options: a zippy 1.0-litre turbo petrol or a sturdy 1.5-litre diesel. You can pair either one with a manual or automatic gearbox, depending on how you like to roll.

Whether you’re weaving through city traffic or hitting the highway, this SUV’s got the muscle to keep up—120 hp for the petrol and 116 hp for the diesel, with torque at 172 Nm and 250 Nm, respectively. Numbers don’t lie—this thing’s got power!

Who’s It Up Against?

The Kia Syros isn’t afraid of a little competition. It’s squaring off with some big names in the compact SUV game, like the Skoda Kylaq, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Hyundai Venue, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger, and Maruti Suzuki Brezza. With its killer looks, top-notch features, and wallet-friendly price, the Syros is holding its own and then some.

Why Everyone’s Talking About It

Since its launch just two months ago, the Syros has racked up 15,986 sales—that’s about 8,000 units a month! For a newbie in a crowded market, that’s seriously impressive. Kia India’s total sales for FY 2024-25 hit 255,207 units, up 4% from last year, and the Syros is a big part of that success story. In March, it was the third best-seller for Kia, trailing only the Sonet (7,598 units) and Seltos (6,446 units).

To summarise, the Kia Syros isn't any SUV but a totally different vibe featuring sleek design, loaded features, and a price that doesn’t scare you off. It’s no wonder over 15,000 people have already snagged one. Whether you’re a daily commuter or a weekend adventurer, this SUV’s got your back. So, what do you say? Ready to join the Syros squad?
