Royal Enfield, the homegrown legendary motorcycle brand has recently introduced its latest creation, the Guerrilla 450, a modern roadster that promises to transform the roadster category. This new motorcycle is designed for those who crave a raw, exhilarating riding experience. With its advanced features and robust performance, the Guerrilla 450 is set to make a strong impression on motorcycle enthusiasts around the world.

What Makes the Guerrilla 450 Stand Out?

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is not just another motorcycle; it’s a statement. It combines classic roadster qualities with modern technology, offering a ride that is both thrilling and versatile. Built on the Sherpa 450 platform, this bike features a powerful engine, a dynamic chassis, and several riding modes to suit different conditions. With 40 horsepower and 40 Nm of torque, the Guerrilla 450 delivers a spirited performance, making it ideal for both city commuting and long-distance rides.

Bookings Open with Attractive Pricing

Starting today, bookings for the Guerrilla 450 are open in India and Europe. In India, the introductory price is set at INR 2,39,000 (ex-showroom). Customers can start test rides and purchase the bike from August 1, 2024. In Europe, the Guerrilla 450 will be available at a starting price of £4,850 in the UK and €5,290 in Germany, with sales beginning in mid-August.

Designed for Every Road

The Guerrilla 450 is engineered to excel on any type of road. Its 452cc Sherpa engine, known for its performance in the Himalayan 450 adventure tourer, has been finely tuned for roadster use. The motorcycle features a steel twin-spar frame, which provides a solid foundation for a dynamic riding experience. Whether you're navigating busy city streets, enjoying twisty roads on a weekend, or embarking on long journeys, the Guerrilla 450 is designed to handle it all with ease.

Powerful Engine and Smooth Riding

At the heart of the Guerrilla 450 is the advanced 452cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. This engine is well-regarded for its performance in the Himalayan 450 and has been further refined for the Guerrilla 450. It offers impressive power with 40 PS at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm, ensuring a smooth and exciting ride. The motorcycle also features a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slip clutch, enhancing comfort and safety during high-speed cruising.

Classic Roadster Look with Modern Touches

The Guerrilla 450 features a classic roadster design with modern upgrades. It has a stepped bench seat, a compact 11-litre fuel tank, and LED headlights. The motorcycle’s design focuses on functionality and aesthetics, with an athletic build and purposeful details. The Guerrilla 450 is a nod to the traditional roadsters, offering a stylish yet practical ride.

Comfortable and Agile Riding Experience

The Guerrilla 450 is designed for comfort and agility. Its ergonomics support various riding styles, from upright city commuting to a more aggressive lean for twisty roads. The motorcycle features a 43mm telescopic front fork and a rear mono-shock, which together provide a balanced ride. With 17-inch tubeless tires and a 1440 mm wheelbase, the Guerrilla 450 offers stability and control, making it suitable for a variety of riding conditions.

These modes adjust the throttle response, providing either more power for spirited riding or better fuel efficiency for city commutes.

Advanced Technology and Accessories

For those who love technology, the Guerrilla 450 offers the Tripper Dash infotainment cluster in its top and mid variants. This 4-inch display provides navigation, music control, weather updates, and vehicle information. The Guerrilla 450 also includes the Royal Enfield Wingman feature, which keeps riders connected with the motorcycle and Royal Enfield’s support network.

Royal Enfield has also introduced a range of accessories for the Guerrilla 450, inspired by flat-track racing and urban riding. These include engine guards, sump guards, and stylish flyscreens. Additionally, the new Crossroader riding jacket, featuring 100% titanium sliders, offers safety and comfort for urban riders.

Availability and Variants

The Guerrilla 450 will be available in three variants: Analogue, Dash, and Flash. Each variant offers different features and color options. In India, the Analogue variant starts at INR 2,39,000, while the Dash and Flash variants come with additional features and higher prices.
