The BMW iX1 LWB electric SUV was introduced as a surprise package at the Auto Exp 2025 last month. The key highlights that have been extensively spoken about are the additional wheelbase over the conventional iX1 that was launched in September 2023 and the pricing of the new version.

In both cases, the iX1 LWB wins the competition to not just direct rivals in the luxury space but many of the premium offerings from the market are also in the race such as Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6, and BYD Seal.

Nissan Magnite may receive Hybrid and CNG Variants soon

Nissan Magnite may receive hybrid and CNG variants, The Japanese 2-wheel manufacturer is aiming to increase its product offerings in India by introducing wider engine options. The Company has also revealed that they're considering introducing hybrid and CNG variants in their cars. Currently, the carmaker sells Magnite and X-Trail SUVs in India and is looking forward to increasing its catalog.

Renault India aims to overhaul the dealership experience

Renault India said that its first revamped dealership in the country is in tune with the company’s new global architectural format for its network which was inaugurated in Chennai’s Ambattur. Renault currently offers only 3 models in India and isn't counted as the major player in terms of sales.

However, the french giant carmaker is looking to leave a lasting impression on the potential customers who visit the dealerships by offering what the company claims it to be a “Superior Buying Experience”

Hence, there was news for the day of the 3rd Feb with the following being the most important as the BMW iX is claimed to be the best among its competitors and looks forward to having good sales, whereas Nissan is looking to increase its catalog by introducing more powertrain options in their cars.
