2025 Kia EV6 Facelift Launched in India – Price, Specs & Features

Kia EV6 Gets a Major Facelift with More Tech & Range. The 2025 Kia EV6 brings sharper styling, an upgraded ADAS suite, a panoramic curved display, and an 84kWh battery pack, delivering 663km of range.

All-New Kia EV6 Electric Face-lift Designed for India With New Styling, a revamped ADAS Suite, Plus Larger Battery Pack to Further Augment Driving Range. The brand-new model costs ₹65.90 lakh (ex-showroom) fully kitted as a GT AWD variant.

Major Change in the EV6 Facelift Model for 2025

It has added many enhancements to make it a more compelling and attractive option in this premium electric segment. Kia India launched the 2025 EV6 facelift at the Auto Expo in 2025.

Features sharper styling, an even more advanced tech suite, and a much larger battery pack that pushes the driving range to an impressive value of 663km (ARAI-certified).

The price tag of ₹65.90 lakh (ex-showroom) keeps the new EV6 as the flagship electric offering from Kia in India. The company has discontinued the RWD version which means that the consumers will enjoy a fully loaded GT AWD variant only.

Bolder & Sportier Design

The facelifted EV6 boasts of more aggressive and sportier design than its predecessor. Some of the most noticeable updates include:

  • Connected LED DRLs with striking light signature

  • Sequential indicator at both front and rear

  • GT-Line-inspired front bumper making it sharper

  • Gloss-finished 19-inch aero wheels aiding in aerodynamics

  • Futuristic feel complemented by redesigned LED tail lamps

Kia is offering the facelifted EV6 with five exterior colour options - Snow White Pearl, Aurora Black Pearl, Wolf Grey, Runway Red, and Yacht Blue Matte.

Panoramic Display Tech-Laden Interiors

Along with a futuristic welcome to the 2025 EV6, you will find a truly tech-heavy cabin inside. The cherry atop this beautiful cake would be the sweeping curved panorama display, which doubles as two 12.3-inch displays-one for the infotainment system and another for the digital instrument cluster.

Notable updates also include:

  • Flat-bottom steering wheel for a sporty feel

  • Kia Connect 2.0 with over-the-air updates

  • Digital Key 2.0, which is a smartphone-based access to the car

  • New and improved ADAS suite with 27 safety features including five autonomous capabilities added for better safety

More Power, More Range - The EV6 Gets an Even Bigger Battery

The key improvement in the facelift EV6 is the switch to an improved 84kWh battery pack replacing the previous 77.4kWh unit, all fit into the E-GMP (Electric-Global Modular Platform) architecture.

All figures related to performance have also been improved:

  • The dual motors setup gives 320bhp with a maximum torque of 605Nm

  • It is expected that the time will be less than 5 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

  • The ARAI-certified range of 663km on a single charge.

  • Fast charging within the duration of 18 minutes from 10%-80% with a 350kW charger.

A More Premium & Capable EV6

This EV6 facelift strengthens its case as a premium EV in India with its increased range and sharper styling with much advanced tech features. Thus simplifying the lineup, getting rid of the RWD variant, means buyers will have the most-featured version.

While ₹65.90 lakh makes it a thorny number, the EV6 competes directly with the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Volvo XC40 Recharge and BMW's iX1 in terms of futuristic design, performance and everyday usability.

Kia is committed to electric mobility, and the facelifted EV6 is another link in what almost looks like building chains towards a more refined, efficient people-centric experience of EV in India.

₹65.90 lakh is indeed a princely sum, but the EV6 then competes head-on with the Hyundai Ioniq 5, Volvo XC40 Recharge and BMW iX1 at the same breath, boasting an amalgam of futuristic architecture, performance, and the ability to function through daily driving. When you see this, you know Kia is really making the commitment to electric mobility while taking a step in the EV6 facelift towards that increasingly sophisticated and less burdened experience of EV in India for the consumer.
