2025 Kia EV6 Facelift Arrives at Dealerships with More Power & Features

2025 Kia EV6 Facelift: More Power, More Tech, and a Longer Range. With a larger 84 kWh battery, a 663 km range, and advanced tech features, the 2025 Kia EV6 facelift is now available at dealerships. Here’s everything you need to know.

The updated Kia EV6 has landed at the dealerships with better battery capacity and extended range, along with some minor design changes. The new 84 kWh battery pack offers a longer driving range with an evolved exterior design and new tech features aimed at elevating the premium experience of EVs.

The facelifted EV6 also houses fresh design elements, new tech additions, and an upgraded feature list aimed towards bettering its standing in the luxurious electric vehicle space. Let's get into the new things in the 2025 Kia EV6 facelift.

Extended Range Bigger Battery

The biggest update to the 2025 Kia EV6 facelift is the introduction of a bigger battery pack of 84 kWh, which replaces the earlier 77.4 kWh unit. This upgrade adds a driving range of 157 km, therefore reducing the charging stops and letting passengers carry out uninterrupted journeys.

Featuring exhilarating performance, exceptional acceleration, and an extended driving range for the true EV enthusiast, the update to the EV6 combines the ultimate in performance and practicality.

Subtle Yet Refreshing Exterior Tweaks

Maintaining a futuristic and sleek overall design, the EV6 has been slightly refined by Kia to sport a fresh look.

Key Exterior Updates

  • New triangular LED headlights with extended DRL design

  • Redesigned 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels

  • Newly designed bumpers for a sportier look

  • Available Color Options

  • Aurora Black

  • Wolf Grey

  • Snow White Pearl

  • Runway Red

  • Yacht Blue Matte

These subtle changes make the EV6 look even more premium and futuristic.

Tech-Laden Cabin Updates That Speak of Simplicity

The interior of the 2025 Kia EV6 has also received some major changes while holding onto its high-tech and luxurious aura.

Cabin Enhancements

  • New three-spoke steering wheel

  • Curved dual 12.3-inch displays for the digital driver’s display and infotainment

  • The black and white interior theme continued from the pre-facelift version.

While the overall layout remains similar to before, the new screens and steering wheel add to the futuristic essence already spanning the EV6's cabin.

Among the significant new features introduced in the EV6 facelift are:

  • Heated Steering Wheel - This will enhance the driving comfort when weather conditions turn frosty and cold.

  • Fingerprint Sensor - A new biometric-based authentication system for added security and convenience.

Other premium features include:

  • Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto

  • 14-speaker Meridian sound system

  • 64-color ambient lighting

  • Ventilated & powered front seats

  • Digital Key & connected car tech

  • Powered tailgate

These features make the 2025 Kia EV6 one of the more advanced and comfortable electric SUVs to go for in this class.

Advanced Safety Features

Kia has ensured that with the 2025 model, safety remains on the list of priorities.

Key Safety Features:

  • 8 airbags

  • ABS with EBD

  • 360-degree camera

  • Front & rear parking sensors

  • Electronic Stability Control (ESC)

  • Level-2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

The new safety add-ons make the EV6 a very safe proposition for EV buyers.

2025 Kia EV6 Price & Rivals

The 2025 Kia EV6 facelift is currently available at a starting price of ₹65.9 lakh (ex-showroom).

Direct Rivals:

  • Volvo C40 Recharge

  • BMW i4

  • Hyundai Ioniq 5 (the more affordable alternative)

With an enhanced driving range, fresh look, and premium highlights, the EV6 looks poised to maintain its footing in the premium EV segment.

A Worthy Upgrade?

The Kia EV6 facelift out here isn't necessarily going under huge changes as far as aesthetics are concerned, but new and trickle-down batteries, new tech features, and redesigned style now make it into a possibly more attractive proposition. This is because now, with a range of 663 km, it offers highly advanced cabins and world-class safety to be one of India's most premium electric SUVs.

If it's a powerful, feature-rich, long-range BT, the updated Kia EV6 seems to be perfect.
