Overall, the showroom was pretty good and the buying experience was decent overall. But there are definitely a couple of things they could do better. The main issue was their interaction and communication with customers, which felt a bit weak and not very engaging. Updates could have been clearer, and it sometimes felt like you had to ask for information instead of them sharing it proactively. They also did not deliver the car on the day they had promised, and it ended up taking two extra days to finally get the vehicle. That delay was quite frustrating, especially when you are excited and waiting for a new car. Overall, the place is fine and the car is good, but better communication and sticking to delivery commitments would really improve the experience.
