Vehicle information and test drive: They explained all the features and variants of the car in detail. They also arranged a long test drive immediately without any hesitation, which made it easy to understand the car's performance. Transparency: They explained everything clearly regarding on-road pricing, insurance, and accessory costs; there were no hidden charges.

Sales staff were helpful and delivered on time, but service centre had delays and spare-part unavailability issues – good showroom, mixed after-sales.
