Max Motors

The dealership where I bought my Tata Punch two years ago truly excels in customer care. The entire sales process was seamless, transparent, and quick—they secured the booking and delivered the car exactly on the promised date without any last-minute surprises or unnecessary accessories pushing. Post-sales, the service advisors are always knowledgeable and transparent about the work being done, patiently explaining every detail. They offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services for scheduled maintenance, which is a massive time-saver. Furthermore, their lounge is clean and comfortable, and they actively follow up post-service to ensure I’m fully satisfied. The staff’s dedication makes the long-term ownership of my Punch a consistently pleasant experience.
